Title: Faction Armour Changer

I'd like to suggest adding in all faction bases an NPC who woul exchange enemy faction armour for your own ones, or add an option to somehow repaint them.

Agreed. Having a full squad dressed in their enemie's armours is much better looking.
Besides, every armour gives different perks ;P.

Butthead has a butthurt?
I'm not saying that when you aquire them they should be changed but there could be an NPC who does so after a talk.
