Title: Asking some advice for my rogue build

Hello,
I play FOnline recently (1 week on reloaded ,and now AoP) ,AoP ​​offering new opportunities to build, I want to build me a "Rogue" stealth
Just I not knowing much all the subtleties of the game, I ask your advice on stats has focus:
-How Leave my S.P.E.C.I.A.L?
-What Skills take? (I thinked to sneak, hand to hand and maybe throwing or first aid)
-What Weapons use? (I saw on video that some weapons can be used in sneak)
-What Perks choose?
Basically I would like a rogue gameplay, I approach in stealth on a lonely target and I nuke him before he could react

The problem is that you should test build on your own because it's the "first" official release. Maybe after weeks, months some people will know more about the best powerbuilds.
