Title: Scroll not working in merchant item description menu?

I saw recently that there is a scroll feature to see item description, when buying it from merchant, but it's not working... Tried to scroll with mouse and clicking on that down-arrow... Can you fix it please?

Same here. Sometimes it would be nice to know the % and other stats of gun :D
