Title: Squad management rights sharing

Currently only SL can invite, move, kick, etc. Squad becomes dead if SL is offline.
How about ability to share rights of squad management? At least gives rights to manage squad to FTL, when Squad Leader is offline to prevent need disband / recreate squad.

Maybe I am wrong, but squad leader can promote other players, and they can invite people under them, no?

Let me fix that then, FTL should be able to invite.
