just download the game all ok but after i create caracter and press play dont log in game
 say only connecting to server and connection estabilised autentification and nothing hapen txn.... hope u will answer soon:d

My guess is something failed during character creation

Doublecheck if you put a name, password in, distributed all SPECIAL and tagged 3 skills, one main combat skill and two secondary skills.
Afterwards see if the red text at the bottom tells you if the name was already taken. Then try logging in with your new name (it should automatically be put into the field if it succeeded)

Check your nickname for prohibited symbols. (i.e. ) - , . ! and so on)

No fallout.dat is fine because I use it and my client works good. Try updater, cache again.

Perhaps you're victim of the anti spam feature. Please post screens including log messages from your character registration.

i used update and download all its ok and its not a spam spamed it now to show pplz whats the problem......... each time i pres play show me that thing and dont log in game....dho how to fix><

As told Shangalar, tell us what is the message in the bottom left corner(or make a screenshot) after you have failed login.

Is it "can"t connect to the server" or "invalid login or password" ?

add fonline rule to your firewall and turn off antivirus or something
