Only when the item has that ammo already inside if I'm not mistaken.

Did you check to see if there was an unload option before disassembling the weapon?

Thing is that AK-74 uses smaller caliber than AK-47.

I'am surprised that noone yet has suggested to decrease the timer, considering time you need to organize and distance, 15 minutes is a reasonable amount.
