Title: [MECH] + [AI] small bugs

- Bug of display when you die with a weapon unload (when you died you can reload your weapon and it makes a
anim)
- Some supermutant  in phoenix hospital not use their weapons

Info from Rava: SM bug is not related to missing weapon animations but to friendly fire issues.

au niveau des assignement chez les lawyers
dans la conversation si tu choisi kthx le mec te file une mission mais aucune idee de ce que tu dois faire ni rien du tout
et....ba ca te bloque
a voir
