Fix critical shots.

Got 70% bypass resist, and 56 critical resist, and still gettin criticals of 170 dmg, can you please check it and fix? It's done with laser rifle.

Laser rifle has weapon perks that increase armor bypass, this is not a bug.

Well it was just a test of somehwat higher damage for lazer rifle, that showed that it wasnt needed.
Lazer rifle damage will be put back on the next restart.
