Suggestions / Secondary skills prerequisit after 24

People are unwiling to explore the possibilities dat secondarie skills offer
and the cap of SECOND high skill for post 24lv development make things worse
i would like to see more active use of docs , trapers .... but players mainly drift toward basic dmg output or soaking
it will be more appopriate to follow the same rule as primary skills

p.s my opinion is dat we generaly lack traits for defining supportive builds

i know that this device launches projectiles more akin to arrows but anyway....
so my proposal is this item to be equipable in the misc slot
and to give 2x HaveHo (eg +4 str for throwing not limited to 10 hardcap the same way HawkEyes and Sharps work) and 1x malus rate of fire to equiped in hands spears

it is abit selfish suggestions cuz not many players use trowing so pls dont judge me too harsh

so i play spearthrower and would like to know is it intentional spears to miss any sideways moving from the line of shot targets
this turn thrown weps into skillshots beacause spears also hit first taget in its way am ok with dat if hex fireing spears would aply aimed mode so i can have chane to lead the targeted shot

also one more thing am maxed str and 200 skill but nps spears fly almost 2 times faster why is dat ?
i cant recall in any other server thrown stuff to miss ?

can be made dat factionles squads or group or single man (whatever number is deemed right ) be able to uncapture zones same rules as for faction but the zone will return to its normal state dat way they will eran exp and maybe money and after uncapture there can spawn some mercant for few mins to spend some money
and maybe gain rep with the neutral mobs in te zone so they will act like guards for factionless people

So it was one of this empty hours when it is a miracle to see anyone online and i found lone Vtec newb and i didnt kill him on sight , dude was level 2 or 3 maybe so i helped him around we killed some mobs wander few zones and everything was fine until i decided to help him cuz he badly needed FA and i was severy punished for helping with 1440 rep points for single FA
i know we are enemeies and lore... bla bla bla but FA enemie is worst crime than outright PK
a komrade ???

I think this 2 guns need some tweaks
14mm pistol 45 ap ????? wtf it is not fit for spam and not suitable for aim crits

and 223. this thing MUST go back in its fkn rightful place as second best pistol after GP
it is the FKN Blade Runner hand cannon it needs 5fkn perks and meaningful ones
i badly miss the SPECIAL WEAPON vibe this one had idc if needed make it tier 3 this one deserves it , for fuck sake it was only ONE of this weapon available in F1 and requiered quest and  certain level for the npc to make it

white colored range meter displays lower than actual range or hit chance i get is false
difference between the line and the target is 3 hexes counting from border
the 90 percent is due fast shot

Range gap between DKS and other SG snipers is too big especially when DKS is TOO cheap and abundant and range trumps other stats hard.
I propose SG SNIPERS to be around 80-85 range and let performance difference be signified by perks, traits, clip size, ammo.

As of now medium-high range of 60 hexes excellent DMR weapons that are much more clearly cut to fulfill specific task: H&K G3SG1 and M21. These 2 weapons have excellent synergy in ap cost, clip size, dmg, PERKS and most importantly range (team of paired shooters will score much better results if focus fire with the 2 mentioned DMRs in tandem)

On the other hand top ranged SG snipers DKS and MSG90 are a total mess.
Range difference is stupid. Better set them at either 80 or 85
Perks on both of them are too random to imply role. DKS could be balanced around bleed and MSG90 around better  on hit, like better\longer knockdown, knockback etc.

M1C and Dragunov as in-betweeners of 60 and 80 range can be set as the standart for all around long range SG and be remade with mix of perks to make them sorta jack of all trades. (and dat M "upgrade" of Dragunov is just....... u were drunk or what???)
For best results i suggest this 2 be set at either 70 or 75 range

now for AK and M16 sniper conversion duno what to say .... they are some strange weapons that i did not find use for yet

Hunting rifle needs some love dudes it is classic weapon one of the Fallout universe symbols , bring it back to its rightful place

and ehh GAUSS RIFLE ....super knockback on thing dat shoots 2mm needles for fuck sake
only 3 perks and one of them is RELIABLE really this thing is supposed to be pipe with stack of electromagnetic coils around it powered by high energy fast discharging source eg. capacitors (definetly the epitome of sturdy construction and no potential faults)

to be properly used the range of the sniper weapons most people use zoom out so i wonder is it possible to be implemented something like dat on the picture 
am not sure will people like it but i think it is cool
this is just the idea not exact dimensions nor zoom level of the bubble
this bubble is at default 100 percent and current zoom is around 75
the bubble may be activted only from aimed shots

as of now throwing is in abysmal state and only working somehow spear is serrated one so ill ask as fan of spears can serrated spear ap cost be lowered to 30 from 40 so spear users at least be able to make 2 consecutive atacks ?
