I remember, back when my PC was shitty as hell, that instead of playin in spikes, I decided to finish the game with only one character and the rest were only mules :-) And I dont remember name of the mission but there is a mission where you need to rescue your fellow soldiers and stay away from mutant base in top left corner. I didnt care :D I killed all the mutants with that one character, sniper by the way and I also recall loading the game like 15 times at one point because of one stupid mutant with browning + loading penetrating ammo :) He ranged instakilled me so many times  :'(

You guys I think you are wrong. I thought it happend to me too, but the point is one of these is assault rifle and other is sniper, so like I said, tripple check it, because I could make the sniper before the AR, and I was confused because you need the AR, to make the sniper and there probably is a chance that this happend to you too.

Sadly enough, it is, there are almost no downsides for going high INT instead of any other stat, esp given the soft-cap mechanic this server provides.

I can agree with this, even as a high int character myself I really feel for teammates who have a main stuck at 199 or 174 and terrible secondary caps to boot, just because they didn't view int as the best stat, or took gifted and didn't max int.

I had a thought on this though; I noticed that the starting skills are very high for a fallout game (most of mine were in the high 80s to 100 before i had hit level 2) and this is good considering how high skills go and how expensive they are, but what if, intelligence had little to no influence on starting skill point level, while other special stats had a much higher impact on starting skills once increased say past 5. That way someone like myself who does favor int over other stats has to "catch up" over the first few levels for the skill points "lost" by not investing in other stats too.

Seems more fair anyway.
It reminds me alot of Fallout Tactics and I like it that way

Yes, thought about it and The Wasteland is not pleasant. On the other side, how it works now might not support this as it tells you location in the core or wasteland which means you'd need to add all 4 bases into the same list where locations from core are, and that sounds a little strange. Hopefuly we will see simple "phoenix base" soon.

Those 125% of yours are countered not only by Critical *Stat*, but also by CR (Critical Resistance) Which LK gives you...
Yes I know, but from what I understand, crit /stats/ give chance to avoid critical effects like bypass, KO, KD,etc....? while the shot can still be critical?

I don't know why is he buying Mega Power Fist and don't want to buy items like DKS-501 or DSR50.

With 200 persuasion you can sell him Mega Power Fist (100% condition) for 888 caps. Dunno why he pays so much. It's stupid. For Support Combat mk3, Combat Armor mk3 or Faction Armor mk2 he pays only 500 caps. I found only 2 items that can be sold for more than Mega Power Fist. Gatling Laser - 1100 caps and Rocket Launcher - 1000 caps. Even for MG42 which you can't craft or buy, he offers only 800 caps.
Now I hope everybody understands finaly

Im sure theres something like that in windows too. If Im not mistaken its magnyfing glass  ::) For me big -1, it can be nice but its not priority in server full of PVP affecting bugs.

My point was that if you can set the number of enemies that can enter ZC by your own number, then you can except swarm of noobs who arent coordinated who just wants to rush in but they take the chance from skilled players who wouldnt need even half the number usualy. It wasnt my vision of skill vs. nonskill fights.

If one team of very organized people with great gear tacticaly suiting the place they decided to do the ZC in should face a shit swarm of noobs who just rush in not knowing anything, then those noobs can easily be 3 times their number. I think this idea is poinltess as sometimes the advantage of your possition gives you a chance to do crazy things and in this matter, you dont want less enemies to come, you want moaaaar and MOOOAAAAAAAAR  8)

You do understand that he said that it happened after the latest update? And it's a non-consistent problem (container opening\ZC) which means that ping CAN'T cause that.

Describe your problem in a way it can actualy be understood. Any changes at your pc, Any changes in game settings, how the lag actualy happends and does it seem that others with you have the lag too, when you do assignements with them?
