Smg's should be viable weapons in 5-25 range. Some e.g. uzi should be better (nearly as good as melee) at hexing, some ( e.g. mp5 ) should be better at 15-20 range, but in overall those weapons could use some damage buff for sure.

Yesterday I wanted to check silenced uzi and mp5. Fortunately I've found single bluesuit in phoenix. I've been trying to kill him with aimed shots, bursts, even voodoo so i could catch up with pursuit and APs. He was FAing himself and after 4 zone transitions he stopped picked up a barbed spear and I had to run for my life. If I'd use wakizashi it would be instakill, with other weapons it would be a matter of seconds. I was using wrong ammo though ( armor piercing for mp5 ) but still it was a bluesuit -.-

-75% while holding heavy weaponry
-50% while holding two handed guns
-25% with HtH weapons and 1 handed pistols/SMGs
+/- 0% with sneak based weapons

Still I would like to see 1 handed weapons and pistols without -25% nerf since they are desneaking you after firing.
Second one: While holding heavy weapons (Avengers, Rocket Launchers, DSRs) u can sneak, but only when standing still, if u move ( even walk ) u desneak yourself, just like if u were running without silent running perk. In terms of non game mechanic I would imagine this as guy standing in shadows near a wall or hiding behind something, using envoirment or shadows as his camouflage. It would be kind of 'passive' sneaking.

Bug reports / [MECH] Leadership Buffs

After dying while having leadership buffs applied, engine substracts two times your buffs. E.g. you get -20 healing rate, -20 DR etc. After sugarman'ing yourself everything comes back to normal.

This perk ought to unlock all item perks in your higher skill, it doesn't. Have also in mind that it doesn't enable bleedover perks that character should get.

From what I see in those screenshots there is Khan Papa ( bluesuit ) and Poker Jack ( sandrobe ) lying, so basically they deserved by comming to ZC EOT.

Mine char got it too. My guess of source of this bug would be related to sneak, cuz if u sneak u get -3 PE everytime u enter sneak mode, but there are conditions that de-sneaking doesn't give u +3 PE back (mby talking, shooting, or even simple using sneak again). So u can end up with a sniper with 1 PE  ;E
