Bug reports / [MECH] deploy weapon bug + Hex shooting bug

I decided to post this here.

1: Make character stop movement when using hex shooting. When clicking directly on your target, your character will stop movement and shoot. I would like to see this for hex shooting too. I dont mean when you bring up the cone, but when you actually fire.

2: Deploy weapon bug. Extremely frustrating; If you deploy weapon before running animation stops, you will lose AP and the deployment will "fail", meaning he does the animation, then reverts back. What should happen is that deployment stops movement. Atm you have to manually stop, wait a bit (cause of lag / fps) then deploy. What is even worse is when i get knocked down or out, the recover animation will also bug the deployment if you click "deploy" too soon! I hate this  >:(

At the moment buffout does not add HP from gained strength and endurance. This is wrong for three reasons:

 - All the other class A drugs give full benefit: for example mentat will give full benefit of perception gain.
 - It says so on the wikipedia, and some people have made builds around buffout. This nerf seems unjustified and leads to my third point
 - Its another nerf for big gunner / non-aimed shooters.

Indeed, The big gunners are no stranger to the nerf stick. Here is a list of some big gunner nerfs:
Spoiler for Hiden:
Milkor MGL
        -increased AP cost from 70 to 75
        -increased grenade travel time from 15 to 35 (35ms per hex)
Milkor MGLS
        -increased AP cost from 70 to 75
        -increased grenade travel time from 15 to 30
        -decreased range from 60 to 55
 
MG42
        -decreased damage from 27-37 to 25-35
        -increased reload ap from 180 to 200

- Increased price of hightier BG and EW weapons (Minigun, RL, .50cals). (A RL will cost you allmost 3000 caps, and then theres rockets. Coming to ZC in full big gun + RL gear will cost you nearly 5k caps.

- Increased 40mm grenade box price from 40 to 100 caps.

Ammunition

40mm grenade
        -added DRmod of 15%

5,3mm AP (minigun round)
        -decreased DTmod from -100 to -90


Where is the love?

Since buffout give -3 luck its not a drug that aimed shooters will use. Its for big gunner who want to get as close as possible to 10 strength to reduce burst fire penalty.
At the moment the only benefit of buffout is to reduce this penalty, and add a measly 15% critical strenght, at the cost of 1 agility and 3 luck ... it doesen't make sense.

Please make buffout how it was!

Character: ARMOR KING

Died in core with buffout active. After resurect i lost 1 agility and 8 hitpoints. I allso had about 10 radiation points, which were gone after respawn.

Strength and luck doesent return to normal after the drug time for buffout is over. If i take a new buffout i lose 20 hp/1 more agility for the drug duration.

 :'(
