I'm not sure if these are intended to be in the game yet or not? I decided to take a look into the core, as I hadn't looted in a long time. I really didn't expect to find THIS.

haha, I'm not sure how it would work out, honestly.
It was quickly done as a joke, and has a sloppy shadow and skin.
Plus, it doesn't fit the fallout color/theme.

Hoax or not, I want one.

But hey if you can make rainbow CA's that means you can make others right?
Probably not quite as easy as that.

I cant find any sort of helpful information on .frm creation :/

I'm assuming you had to do somthing of the sort to get captain rainbow?
