As you can see normal support mk3 is better in almost every way, you heal faster, there are NO negative drawbacks to the armor and you are only less resistance to big normal damage sniper rifles and even more resistant to miniguns and pancors than combat mk3.
The support combat armor is too superior to normal CAmk3, or more like the normal CAmk3 has too many drawbacks and too little bonuses.
My suggestion is to replace the "bulky" with one more "plated gloves" trait.
