exp doesnt matter at all since there is no big diff in lvls after 24
old abused gear is useless since technology was bumped to t8/t9

Aside from all the support perks and skill pts....sure
And for the gear: That's just another problem imo....i would have loved to see the low-tier times last much longer. As a result most of the low-tier weapons were never tested/balanced, and heck we missed a whole fun part of the game, those precious days where people wear robes and leather and fight using blackpowder weapons and whatever they could scavenge.

To the devs: I will point out stuff you did wrong in hopes of creating a better future.

AS SOON as the exploits were detected, and you realised economy was broken and xp abused.....you should have simply wiped it there and then......debating about wheter or not we should fix this horrible problem probably lost you 100 players right there. (Of COURSE you should fix it!)

Asking the players about it is not the best of idea.....after a week nothing was setled..no one knew wheter there would be a full wipe...item wipe...or no wipe at all.......talk about confusion and uncertainty.....I was one of those believers who had faith in humanity, so i figured a full wipe was coming....(we were just 2 days in the server, so it seems like the most logical thing to do) And thus i waited for it....i figured why keep grinding XP and gear? they HAVE to wipe....and so people kept playing....accumulated gear and grinded XP....then we were told there would be no wipe....wow....all those people who were waiting for the wipe aint coming back now lol.

Sneak perks re-enabled on sneak boy.
-3 Minimum detection range  ( 100)
+20 for standing still  ( 125 )
+20 within 1 hex of wall. ( 150 )
       within 4 hex of wall. ( 175 )
-3 Minimum detection range  ( 200 )

Sneak efficiency dropped by 25% per Big Weapon equipped, 15% per Two Handed Rifle
Sneak drops to 0 whenever inventory management
Wartime sneak mode removed
Weight Malus / Battery Drain removed from sneak


I understood absolutly nothing about all this.....Did you just buff sneaks?  ???
Wartime sneak mode removed, weight malus/bat consumption.....does that mean they can sneak without using bateries, or stealthboys altogeter? Why add stealthboy perks when people are already complaining about the stupidity of sneaker mechanics?
-25% sneak per BG equiped? WTF?!?! lol. How do you figure that's enough? Just stand still next to a wall and you got max sneak thanks to stealthboy perks.......

I really have to say this now, i played during the begining of season 1, and seeing how everything that was wrong then just keeps coming back again.......Do you even listen to your testers advices? Did realisation hit any of you at any point? That's 2 seasons straight now, where you had 300+ players at wipe, and less than 50 after 5 days.....I dont think any other Fonline server ever hitted the bottom so fast.

You have a great concept, an awesome map, intense pvp battles, tactical items like heartbeat sensors, smoke grenades, bigger zones, longer weapons ranges and FOV.......And you RUIN it ALL with invisible sneakers assasins....It completly defeats the purpose of your game, we might as well all be sneakers or just play another game.....Please oh PLEASE realize that!

Yeah, AT LEAST 150 players left because of sneaks. You know, all the ones that were here to play Fonline. If you wanna play Hitman or Metal Gear, go right ahead, but dont try to mix those games with Fonline....they dont.

I mean, when you see we now have an average of 50-70 players online, you should get the CLUE that most people were VERY dissapointed. And that's like after 2 weeks only. Season one of AOP at least lasted 1-2 months before it became completly broken.

Hey, it would be great if we could have indicator of weather conditions on the cheap-boy map of phoenix.
Like: A drop of water to signify it's raining in the zone, or a wind-gust for sandstorms.

That way, people with shit PCs like me can avoid the unholy sandstorms of death-lag, without having to go in the zone.

I also frickin love the rain, so i would hang out in rainy zones all the time ;)

Why do people try to make things so complicated? We already have a poll about sneaks, and bottom line is: 80% of the playerbase wants them to NOT being able to murder people and stay invisible. It's a split decision on traps or no traps....but it's preeetty clear that people want them as recon, not oportunity killers.

Sneakers have ALWAYS been the deciding factor in big pvp fights. There is nothing better than knowing the exact position of your ennemies. Giving them the power to be invis, murder people, AND give exact locations is just overkill.

As far as i can tell, i wasn't standing next to a wall. Maybe 7-8 hexes from it actually. I couldn't really tell you what gun shot me, since i never saw who shot me. 95 sight range, and there was no one visible in front of me. Then poof insta-kill. The sound i heard was very similar to a gauss rifle sound however. (No clue what accelerator sounds like)

Legendary weapons should also definatly be removed too. Cause when you think about it, your just rewarding the biggest swarms with even more power to dominate the smaller factions. '' Hey there is 50 of you against 5 of them? Sweet! your sure to win and to get even better weapons!'' Not to mention the ease of wich people can cheat their way to legendary weapons.....

Have half of your buddies join an ennemy faction, and go murder the fuck out of em overnight, until you get your super legendary weapons, then the swarm just need to protect the guy with the insta-kill weapon.

Please stop adding more broken and unbalanced weapons on top of those we already have....I had great fun since the wipe, even tho i was bugged my many details: sandstorms, sneakers, obliterated economy...
But the fun officially ends today sadly, since i was critically shot for 470 damage in the groin with no mentions of armor bypass or anything. ???

Aaand that's it....this aint the same game anymore because i can get insta killed. Made that mistake in season 1 with the ninja sneakers that hit for 600+, i tought you'd have realised this was not a mistake to repeat....you then added power armors on top (to counter the insta-kills?  :-\ ) With anti-crit 100%...wich broke the game even more. Don't try to fix broken things by countering them with another broken thing.....just DONT put insta-kill weapons in the game at all, and if anything destroys the fun and atmosphere created in phoenix, it's seeing hordes of guys in PAs and avengers.

Focus more on the lower tiers, balance the already wide selection of guns and armors available. Re-establish a working economy and balanced crafting system.
It just seems like you keep tossing candies at our faces to try and keep us a bit longer: '' look tier 12 is in the game now, we will have even MORE tiers coming soon!'' kinda like World of Warcraft's +10 max level +new gear expansions every 6 months: You can now all WORK your way to the NEW max level! ''Yeah except we already WERE max levels and all even, ready to pvp....now we gotta go trough all that crap AGAIN?  :-\  Yay?''

Nigga, what are you talking about. The current land mines are deadly, true. But if they're used by sneakers, they will only have limited number due to their weight. They'll only be able to place 2-3 before being empty handed. Of course these are the deadly ones, there should be light weight ones only meant to cripple enemies so your team can come and finish them off. Keep in mind that players with high PE can see traps regardless of their trap skill so these traps can be easily countered.

The most important things imo is to go back to the sneak mechanics of old times. (all other fonline servers) You shoot someone? your visible. You wanna hide again? well go hide. (in some alley, away from my sight.) Having people appear 20 hexes from you, empty a clip at your buddy then dissapear right in your face.....while your aiming at them.... Well it's got 2 effects: 1- ROFL Who's idea was this?
2- *dying smiles* No seriously.....who's idea was this?

No, this current mechanic is cool, just shit, unbalanced weapons.

Anyways, sneaking and sneak weapons needs changing. Currently its just bullshit.

I.E. Right now during ZC people mostly camp inside building: because it's the only way to be safe from sneak assasins. If we let them keep their invisibility + add landmines they can use to trap us in the said buildings...we arent really improving the situation. It dosent really matter what weapons they use (altough some obviously need balancing, Needler can shoot like 3 times in 0.5 second.....)It's more the auto-hide mechanic that lets you invis again after shooting WHILE people are seeing you that kills it all.

Anyone not using a super-fast weapon themselves simply CANNOT defend against one sneak, even if he survives the opening shots, turns around...sees the sneaker and manage to click him....the sneaker will vanish before your shot goes off. He can simply shoot once...re-invis, shoot again...re-invis rince and repeat until the victim is dead. He dont need to run away, hide, or try to do anything ''smart'' He can just stand still 30 hexes in front of you. This MUST be changed lol.

Id suggest a review of most armors personally....those i've managed to use anyways. Dont know about the stats of top tier ones...but metal mk1-2 leather mk1-2 combat mk 1....why? pretty much 80% of the bullets in-game have dt/dr mods of -20/-30....meaning that they would totally ignore any of these armor's resistances. Unless the armor mechanics were changed? Or is those dt/dr mods on bullets an actual % of the armor's dt/dr? I.E. Metal mk 2 is 20 dt. Is it 20-20=0dt? or 20-20%=16dt?

I don't even want to play a battle character cause seeing how easily one sneak can take me down...so I'm just forced to play a sneaker.

#1: This^ Most people wont bother to make a sneaker, most people came here for pvp fights, ZC and the army-style tactical warfare that we see in the AOP pvp videos. So Most people will just quit.

I did name a solution tho: Remove the sneak perks that lets you re-hide after shooting. You shoot-> your visible. Your visible-> Gotta hide to re-sneak

I get those confusing -xxxx XP from time to time......as far as i can tell, only once did it ACTUALLY remove some of my xp tho. Never knew why. 1-crafting the door charge in the tutorial -32k to -330k xp
2- Looted a crate in junkyard -12k XP (This one actually WAS deducted from my XP total.)
3-Crafting a prototype from Encrypted Holodisk.

Now im curious what happens if im lvl 24....then lose enough XP....do i drop to lv 23? If so...do i lose my perks? If i DO drop to 23 and DONT lose my perks and skill pts can i glitch the game to get infinite lvl 24 perks?........

There should totally be a sneak nerf/rework from the way i see things. At first i figured they should simply be removed from the game altogheter, but i GUESS they would be okay as scouts and video makers. (What they were always meant to be)

What is definatly NOT okay however, is the retarded invisible mass murderers of the X dimensions that we currently have. This isnt wizards online, and that ''invisibility spell'' on the sneaks is just plain dumb. I.E.: im walking around with a friend....he gets bursted by a sneak like 3-4 bursts in a row, i notice the guy, click him....aim-time aaaaand he vanished before i can shoot! NPC patrols also dont react when sneaks shoot you, even if your only 10 hexes from them....Heck npc patrols dont even react when you DO manage to shoot the sneak, ya gotta shoot em twice!
When the whole map is owned by hound swarm, and suddenly we get v-tec sneaks everywhere camping the gates, murdering all bluesuits that go to scavenge for no apparent reasons.....this comes to mind:Law 5. Feature abusing
Finding a new evil plan to smash your enemies hard is usually tolerated in FOnline, as the wasteland is a place for smart and cunning people. However, we do not allow anyone to simply ruin the experience of others.

Long story short: Remove the ''sneak'' weapon perks on all guns: Problem fixed.
Sneaks will once again have to show themselsves if they want to murder someone, making it not only much more tactical play but giving a chance to the would-be victim to do something. Instead of just crushing everyone with the power of mathematics.....3Invisible guysx3 burst each= Win!
*Yes, i WOULD leave sneak perks for some melee weapons, because you at the very least get the chance to see your killer. And also because it's not broken like hell*

**This would probably get us like 100 players back too**
