[MECH] Perception bugged

After the last week hotfixes, i've noticed that my PE is increased by 1 somehow, also this happened to my friend, any info?

Sounds like you're lucky and cirn's char checker doesn't work in the same time.

Ok just got ingame and it's back to normal, no, i didnt used mentats after their nerf, i cant tell why exactly this happened bcs i dont have a clue. Only thing i know that it's only PE for now and it's happened with another player also, the same thing.
