At some time arrow dissappear in the case when you look map by "M button" using. Most time it is when you rejoined in game.

I think he means the cursor, I also ahd that disappear a couple of times using the pipboy. It seemed to occur when you first open pipboy with p and then press m and then press M to get directly to the map, I tried to reproduce it but I couldnt make out when exactly it would happen.

Ah, I got it. It's when you have the cursor set to "move", and you press "m" to open the map. Will fix.
