Fixes:
- Fixed an issue were temporary effects weren't properly removed upon death
- Removed reputation checks for buying platoon bases
- Fixed some doors that let you see through them
- Added missing blocker on vault tec enterprises

Legendary weapons:
- Fixed so that scripted weapons can be legendary
- Legendary progress shown for already legendary weapons too (% to next level)
- Fixed so stackable weapons can't be legendary
- Increased HoF for legendary weapons to 10
- fixed broken legendary progress indicator


Changes:
- Undeployed weapons cost 4x ap to fire, instead of 2x (temporary change)
- Mauser ammo now has 20% bleed
- Rocket Launcher: Perks changed and firing rate lowered from 1200 to 2000


Additions:
- Added 3 new locations: Polymer Lab level 2, Nuka Cola Factory level 2 and Robco Enterprises level 2
Nuka Cola:
There is a low chance to obtain a special NukaCola cap from drinking a nuka. These caps can be used on the four different Nuka Dispensers on level 2 of the nuka cola building to get a different special Nukacola. Drink at your own risk. Map and art by FrankenStone

Robco Enterprises Level 2:
The big room on the northern side of the floor has a chance to spawn special loot, including tier 3 weapons. Enter at your own risk.

Implemented the following weapons to be spawned in RobcoL2, among others: Pulse Rifle, Negev NG7, Bozar and G11

Leadership:
It is now possible for the leader to form control groups by pressing ctrl + a number key for quick selection, similar to any RTS game.

Let's see how good my cellphone skills are.. Translating while driving, sounds fun

Edit : nothing is fun, struggled for like half an hour, to find out that after going on a standby my phone decides to close all the browser pages, gosh. All those nonexistent rus visitors will have to wait.

Heres what the special nukas do so you dont have to waste your special caps to test them:

red: converts all damage to bleed for 2 minutes, also unequips your weapon and gives you a special 50-60 dmg melee attack for the duration
blue: triple the speed boost of voodoo, shaking screen/players effect
yellow: +500 max hp for a really short amount of time (15 seconds i think)
black: thrown as a grenade, creates a puddle of tar(?) that knocks you down for every tile you try to move in it

There are more effects on a few of them, but this covers the main benefits/drawbacks.

Also, polymer level 2 has a good chance for nuka caps from the mobs/the safe.

That sounds so strange when you don't think about character wipe, but about an actual wiping.

John,  wasn't adding a re-roll mechanism a thing that let you forget about wipes?
