Deterioration and quality on melee

Ideea came after replaying Madness Combat : Project Nexus
Melle should have deterioration, but instead of jamming, they get a final strike that has
a)huge dmg and/or 100% crit
b)executioner

So I basically go using every melee weapon on some critter to an extent where it could break apart any moment and take like 5 with me? ;D

Atacking with a broken melle will consume the weapon for bonus dmg and or crit chance
