In the core and wasteland there should be relic colectors and junk buyers that buy stuff at halfprice(for first pistol recipe you need 2 manuals and condoms are 6 base price, not 12)

Ideea came after replaying Madness Combat : Project Nexus
Melle should have deterioration, but instead of jamming, they get a final strike that has
a)huge dmg and/or 100% crit
b)executioner
