This effectively makes it towhere you can hold the cursor in one place and rock between 'B' and 'A' until you have to reposition due to resource exhaustion.  :)


Thank you, this is exactly what I needed. I will try this. Will it work with pickaxe too? pickaxes dont have the "use on" feature so the only way I could use them is from the backpack.

8 luck should be way more enough but no. 2 stat point for 5% aimed crit gosh
so as 10 pe, that 4 sight range and 1 hex shoot range is super important to them.
and the 1 agi guys who enjoying every hit kd them.

Today I bought an 5.45x39mm box for 30 caps, my persuasion skill raised from 101% to 102%. I heard every transaction have chance to boost it, so I repeated this transaction 30 times, one by one. I got 0 persuasion point after. Not a single one. Do I have to trade at bigger price to get boost chance from now? Or I just had bad luck?

Four eye is good. Sight is more important than shoot range. Best sniper rifles have more eff. range than your sight anyway. Sharpshooter is kinda useless / very situational, hawk eye is more important.

Crtit. Ag is better than Crit. St if you picked small frame. Especially if you have bad agility.

Spectacles are useless. Use scoped weapons (sniper rifles) as primary weapon slot and you get the  sight bonus.

M60 is a big gun btw. You should try with BAR, if that have a shitty hit ratio too, its bugged. But now, you only use your big gun skills at 150%.

Sniper needs crit so IN and LK is too low. PE is too high, especially if you have hawkeye and sharpshooter too. They are very marginal if you have high PE. Ofc you will have the highest firing and sightrange, but you only can shoot 2-3 hex further than the others. Perks cannot be modified with the reroll so i suggest you take few pe. (4-5 if not sniper, 6-7 if sniper).
Snipers not relying on EN. They aren't endangered so much because they are in the back lines. You need IN. Skillpoints are good, and it gives huge boost to your crit chance.

I see you committed yourself to Action Points, it can work well with snipers but you still need that crit. You can chose perks later which will boost your AP even more. (Action boy, Bonus Rate of Fire, Psychopath, Fast Reload, Do or Die. you choose.)

Ofcourse if you don't want to be sniper, you still need better crits, AP build works well with dps crits (constant knockout headshots with pistols for example). And if you fight on front line you definitely need that EN which you had already. ST5 is enough for all small gun except Gauss rifle and machineguns. If you want to use them, pick 6 (or 4 +weaponhandling perk) and you can even use Big gun sniper rifles.

High Charisma can give you high boost if you are in squad, for example you get +60% better bleed, if you have 10 CH so as the squad leader have 10 CH (which is common for SL). If you have 1 CH you get only 6% better bleed. If you have 3 CH, you have 18% etc. eAnd squad leader can have 3 bonus attribute applied for you, like bigger hp, larger sight range, etc. (you can read about them at pip boy L). If you not intend to play in squad at all, you pick 1 CH.

So you can be like:
5-5-6-1-8-10-6 if you neglect CH.
Or
5-3-6-3-8-10-6.
or sniper
5-7-4-1-8-10-6.

This is all your choice. You can even forget the action point build too, and get a regular sniper.
5-7-4-3-9-6-7 and pick Action boy + Critical Agility to compensate your lower AP and small frame.

Remember you can only have 8 perk, and you spent 3 already (if not 4). You can boost 2 SPECIAL points for the last two perk if you want to.

if you ask me, bb is stronger than both. just look at the map. im not bb however but i find that they way more organized and equipped.

Im not sure but I think base critical is for torso shots.

You have 45% critical chance, enemy have 39% crit res. So every time you shot his torso, you have 6% chance to crit (45-39).

You have aimed crit chance 115%, he have 39% crit res. You aimshot, you will have 76% chance to crit (115-39).
If he have armor class of 50, there is an 50% chance your aimed shot will be downgraded into torso shot (so they will only 6% crit and no aim effects).
 
I don't know of what the +20% chance does in the cheapboy aim, this is written to every bodypart so its not making sense to me.

The dialog box if it was accidental or intentional is great idea. Mark as TK and admin could revise the case (get the logs before the incident, how much the teammate shot you; who started the fire etc). And if its PK: Get to the jail for a time, + SET reputation to 10000 (yes the starting rep). If he does it again kick him out of faction. (0 rep)

It's easy to loot in phoenix for me as level 1, and then solo D-C grade assignments with eq still on lvl1, but if they are total noobs and constantly getting pwned at the second area without bringing anything home, it can be frustrating.

I think some single player locations/quests like the tutorial would help these beginners to get basic items (one time quests rewarding a bit of money, xp, leather jacket/armor, some ak47-like weapons for a tougher (but still easy) quest. So they can get past F assignments. Ofcourse I am aware of that how much work it need, as well as of the lag issue.

Another idea: F assignments could make them available to find a mandatory >70% condition tier 1 uzi weapon/laser pistol, E assignments give them 75% leather jacket or worst tier 2 gun lootable, etc. So they get basic stuffs slowly, so they only need to spend caps when they lose that stuff.

1. Rarity collector dude is out of caps all the time.
2. Engineering skill increases with ultra-hyper-low chances.
3. Still nearly impossible to find golden geckos in the mountains.

Otherwise this game is perfect for me.
