Technical Center / Black screen when startup the game

Hey guys i'm new here you see i want to play FOnline:Ashes of Phoenix but when i startup the game i see some loading art then the grey screen and finally the black screen with mouse
PLS HELP I HAVE BLACK SCREEN AND NOTHING WHAT I NEED TO DO?
