1. I can't enter phoenix core, it says I can't enter from there or my mouse is loading. I'm family and I'm trying to enter family gate.

when minimap showe up You need to click on green stripe to select which part of map you want to spawn.
2. How do I switch factions?
Before wipe You had to talk to NPC that gives you first room in faction base (you will loose items stored in your room). IDK how it works now :(

There is no minimap. I get over green circle family gate on worldmap, even press town/world button and nothing shows up. Do I need to talk to someone before I can go back in, I haven't talked to anyone in family house

great now I tried clearing cache, and it deleted my login I don't remember my password

The town/word view button is currently unavailable.
Instead, either left click on the green circle for a mini-map view and then click on the green stripe. OR right click to take a look before dropping into gate.
