The grenade launcher could use some more variety, It's one of my favs even though I'm not a BGer.  I would support seeing a buckshot round for the GL, to add some more variety and give them a close range backup. (They were used IRL in the M79 during vietnam)

Cluster 40mm Grenades (shoot one and small ones come out from explosion) knocks your enemies around but weak damage

Plasma 40mm would be nice to see

Timed Explosive 40mm grenades, like shoot one and detonates 6 seconds later for some nice damage.

To continue the train:
Sticky nades would be a fun thing to have (they are put in your inventory with a time limit before exploding).
Shrapnel is probably the first that comes to mind (terrible DT\DR mods, but insane bleed and crit rolls).

Are freeze 'nades a possibility? Just thought about Resident Evil (classic)... oof. I want that.
