The Tenova patch.
Fixes:
-Fixed the crippling display, now correctly displaying first level cripples.
-Fixed issue with a jammed weapon and unable to use utility slot
-Fixed leg shot crippling first degree, now works with both legs
Changes:
-Mozambique now only applies to pistols.
-Remington fire-rate change from 400 -> 600
-12 gauge red shells bleed modifier from 150% -> 200%
-1st degree cripples for legs will slow target by 25%
-Each degree of arm cripple will lower target strength check for weapons by 1
-Each degree of leg cripple will lower target's AGI for AP+ regen by 1.38 AP/s.
-Removed EXP for CTF
Addition:
-Added indicator onto the pip-boy map showing contest, point of interest and quests.
-Resisting a critical effect will now display "Resisted"
-Random limb cripples will now be displayed as a hover message as well as in the combat log

In B4 14mm spammers but nice. Remington with Mozambique shotty was ridiculous. But why not work with SMGs too?
So with the arm cripple changes, does this mean someone can shoot still with 2 handed weapons if they're crippled?
Tested myself, can still shoot when 1st rank of crippled

Only pistols? I feel like Mozam was a good addition for many different weapons. At least keep it on Assault Rifles and SMGs, none of the ARs to my knowledge have crit strike, so this pretty much rules out the AR for torso spammers.
I'm curious to observe how the changes to the remmy go, it was already a pretty powerful weapon. I can't anticipate how removing mozam and giving it a better RoF will affect balance, so I guess we'll see.

Rate of fire shows how much time you need to fire a single shot, it was nerfed, actually, and yeah, nice update, luv it.

Have the white slug ammo modifiers been fixed too?
White slugs are fine, they are great dps vs power armor and you can use them in lines behind doors without hitting your teammates.
With the bleed buff the red shells are now best against low armored targets (such as myself).
For everything else, green is best.

it still happens that u dont see yellow vault boy when u get first level of cripple , plus that slow running looks really ugly ...

Yes sometimes you don't see it ... for example after getting hit by a concussion grenade.
