I've made a build and it does not seem to be THAT effective.

I've gone for strength 10, perception 6. Luck 7 and intelligence 7.

What's missing?

I have one, gifted/skilled with 10 luck and 10 cha, 200 throwing and leadership (so all non combat skills can be maxed), but it's a bit low on the hp. Can throw 2x barbed spear to the head for a lot of bleed and maximal critical chance/roll.

All in all it's a glass canon with lowish range, but I can dig out the exact stats if you are interested.

i can give u 2 builds one for cha build one for loner
works fine both of them
but since leader or folower builds are too conditional rigt now try the basic loner sperman
gifted cuz u can max spers on 200
fastshot it is a must to be able to do 2x aimed shots per ap pool
10str for max sper speed
2 per u need no more to be deadly and cant lower it anyway
8 end HP resist general durability
2 cha cant be lowered but still u can get some smal benefits from leader
10 int for skills and crit
5 agi for some ok ap regen and some reists (u can cut 2 from here and add to end if u feel need for more tankines)
10 luck for resist and crit

for perks brof SHDeath and CritStr are must other five u can choose at will
u can go tanky with toughnes lifegiver arush nerves
for first perk i have taken dodger for total of 55 evade it works fine
bleed res is also good choice

Too much ST, its not melee

more luck for them critical hits

make INT at least 8 and I say PE 5 with hawk eyes/sharpshooter

Luck and Int as high as possible to max out your critical hit chance. Perception 2 or 3 would probably be enough. You only need to see as far as your spears max range.

You need to level it to 35-40 to get throwing and other skills to 200, and also I'm not 100% sure if the skills are accurate in the planer, if not you may need to move some points to perception.

i just tryed speer ingame how the f can you hit somone whit speer cuz he can just move sideweys and it will miss

to hit wit sper u must take into consideration wind speed , altitude, air moisture and general temperatue , planet roation and 10 strenght and 200 throwing

200 throwing increases travel speed drastically. St increases range only.
