2twat mb u stop posting u wierd-troll builds?!
2ts the main thing is that there are no such thing here as regular op build, u just should know some things:
1. u are free to take PE about 1 if u fight on 10-20 hexes (almast all melee abd ew build)
2. same for CH if u dont have alltime squad leader with nice boosts
3. same for agi cos ap+ regen is kinda low, to avoid bypass u can take perks
4. INT almost in all cases 8+
5. LCK almost in all cases 7+
6. STR - see wiki or faction shop about str requir of weapon u prefer use
7. the most usefull traits are fast shot (if u use weapon with high (50+) ap cost), small frame (its like free +1 stat), heavy handed (for melee), fourth eyes (for long range fights with scoped weapon)

And cos of Dequ is well known fo2 player i said that there are some diffrents in battle system.battles here are not same as on fo2, but still fun smtimes
