Also encountered Carry Weight issues, got 40 now, even though I didn't change ST value.

I'm quite good with 3dsmax and Photoshop, so I can help with models and textures. But as for 3d I've only done static renders so far, so don't know much about animations. Still I could model buildings etc.

Well, I just want to make one well designed char, instead of alting like crazy. So I take think of all possibilities.

So let's say I lack 1ST. Where is the -40 penalty added in this formula?

Skill above 150:
baseHitChance = 95 + (skill-150)*4 + rangeModifier

I noticed that every single SG sniper rifle has ST requirement of 5. This means, that most of the builds for snipers will have 3ST and Weapon Handling perk, which is a good mechanism I guess. BUT I noticed, that Gauss Rifle, which I assume is SG too, has ST requirement of 6. It's kinda weird, that if you get the best SG sniper rifle, your basic sniper build becomes useless. Why is that? I assume that Tier3 will be hard to get, but eventually it will be available? Does that mean, that a typical sniper should have 2 characters? One for using all the sniper rifles, and one for Gauss? Or maybe it's just an error on wiki? :P

How exactly does Living Anatomy acutally work? In the description on wiki it says "+x% crit chance", while the page "Critical Hit" is says it adds +1 to BCC, so if I understand correctly, it gives you just +1% to score a critical, right?

Could we have Alt+Click on items in the inventory which would automatically put them into a container? Drag-dropping is annoying, clicking would be sooooo much better...
