Title: Perk MENU in Character sheet.

Hello,
I got a high levelled character, and I already picked all possible perks after lvl 24, and now, every time I open my character sheet, empty perk list appears and it's very annoying... Is there any possibility to remove it from there once the character have acquired all the perks? Thank you in advance if you can resolve this little problem...

After certain level is reached, game should automaticaly pick all the secondary perks, this would speed up the reroll. Reward for those who played the game for long, saves them some time during rerolls.

implement hotkeys for certain builds, eg:

alt+0 = fastshoot, heavyhanded, 7 1 10 1 10 10 1 , Man of steel, Toughness ....
alt+9 = gifted, skilled, 6 1 9 4 9 9 1 ....
alt+8 = red ranger ...
alt+7 = pikachu ...
...
