Try scavenging in areas owned by your faction. You won't be noticed by opposing faction. (unless they are sneaking there)

If npc kill you in the core, you have a chance to loot yourself back. (if there is no other players around)

Thanks) I even made a neutral character for stealthy scavenging) It's just... When i tried to heal myself after an assignment went wrong, i went to a random map location and spawned in a middle of some crazy npc warzone >_<
