I'm only getting this from seeing Stalker posted about it (http://fonline-aop.net/forum/index.php?topic=947.0), but it looks like the fact that he gets an XP reward every time he shoots an enemy in the legs went unnoticed.
I thought that should be the MAIN point of that report, and just wanted to make sure this exploit got the attention it needs.

I wouldn't exactly say its an exploit. Monsters all have a limited amount of exp to give. Each shot you are empty that exp pool. You'll notice right away. The ammo cost is more of a deal.

Dev team probably still has tons of surprises of advanced mechanic we have no idea about..
I gotta stop collecting it before it disappear in time..

Yes, it cant be abused as Cirn0 said, i tried that at workers in mining mission before starting it and my exp gain per hit was slowly going down to 0.

Oh I see, that is another interesting mechanic, so this xp pool is drained from each hit (dispersing xp) and then once killed the rest of the pool goes to the killer?
I will delete this post if I get no reply by tomorrow or so, as it is useless so I wont be surprised if it isnt looked at again, but im interested to know how it works exactly, if someone knows?
