A good nerf is to remove the ability to change modules while being in the Core. The bonuses you want to use can be selected only on the base and in the Core they can be activated/deactivated.

и самое что интересное админ cirn0 играл и сидел в одной мамбле с теми кто греб бабло и прекрасно это знал, но не торопился прикрывать лавочку своим коллегам

Было нововведение и мобы на рандомных локациях стали спавнится чаще и с лутом тиер3, кто то об этом знал? сомневаюсь, один школьник стал продавать турбоплазму в разделе торговли, после того как я напиал откуда выпадают турбоплазмы, гауссы и иной тиер3 со скриншотом, не просто мой пост, а вся тема была удалена, спавн мобов убран под предлогом возврата к увеличеному опыту за мобов
Эти мобы там ходят с первого дня сервера и до сих пор. Не знал об этом только ленивый.

Real world inflation model (the more caps, the higher prices) could help to solve the "too many caps" problem.
The inflation will add one more dead server to the list. This happened once on Requiem. Only molerats left there. The admin was shot in cold blood in his own toilet.

Comparing to a smoke thrown with 150% skill, the 40mm smoke has 1-2 less seconds duration and -1 radius, it costs 5 times cheaper than the thrown version.
Do we ever need throwing skill? Why bother buying 250c nades when I can buy 5 40mm for the same price and get 4x duration? Nerf them, less radius, less duration (5-8 seconds total duration)
The incendiary are ok.

If you don't take into account the price of broc&xander then consider the time wasted fro gathering them, which makes mentat crafting even less profitable. I agree, 150 price is nice.
Regarding the bloodmoon, this is unbalanced, considering the rareness of the resources required for it.

Total of 80 caps per mentat, and profit of 10c if you sell it. In comparison to an assignment worth of 400caps that can be done in 10 minutes, you need to craft 40 mentats for this money. Exploitable?
I agree with the price drop but 100 caps is too low, no point to craft it with such a price.

Sneak now works only for scouting and melee, but even for them the cell consumption is 3x higher than before the nerf. If you want to use sneak in large scale combat, be ready to carry 1.5k-2k cells with you, thats around 1.1k caps. So you'll need to grind one hour, in order to try to fight and do some damage using sneak, for 10 minutes. Thank you god. Just delete this skill, it just uses space in the list.

Also it's too cheap to charge them with Small Energy Cells, fix this and make it chargeable with .50 BMG
