If i'm not mistaken, the payments depends from the amount of reputation withdraws, so it's probably aint working correct, since you get a lot less than you should, in example from 100k to 10k i've got only 2k, faction isnt that big.

Looks like Laws dont have any commanders at all, last time if i remember well, they blamed someone for commanding without voip, hilarious, no doubt that will affect the team in a bad way, just imagine.

Also, ripper is fine, you just dont understand how to counter it.

Try to use old executable with unpacked zip file, i dont know how to fix this if it wont work, also, how exactly it crashes? just black screen or some error messages? because in first case it's probably downloading the caches, just need to wait couple minutes.

Actually this issue were fixed already, does the game works if you just ignore that error? does the aop.zip file present in the Zip folder?
Try to unpack aop.zip into data folder with change.
Try to use this executable file : http://fonline-aop.net/FTP/Release/Client/exe/FOnline.zip (make backup)

If i remember right, the Aop.zip file should be in the game client that you can download using the official links at the forum, i had some issues with installing it right, so try to find it at the game folders, then unpack it in data folder, ignore errors with files when you start the game.

The burst and full auto modes on weapons are technically bursts, differs only ap cost, spread, onehex, range and bullets in burst, the supression is a perk on burst weapon that gives 3% chance to EVERY bullet that u fire from your weapon to supress a target, even if the bullets didnt hit it, but the target were in the weapon range cone, the supression perks are stackable.

no criticals at all, supression effects are independent from criticals, no knockdowns or ko's.

Ok just got ingame and it's back to normal, no, i didnt used mentats after their nerf, i cant tell why exactly this happened bcs i dont have a clue. Only thing i know that it's only PE for now and it's happened with another player also, the same thing.

1. Tested on armors, they do dissapear, but only when u have resources for only one repair under you, and the resources are not dissapearing.
2. I can say it's not.

Edit : same thing with the weapons, if under you resources are only for one repair, weapon will dissapear, resources will stay.
