Run Updater

Map fixes [ Adams, Green Acre, Hospital 2, Oldtown, Church Courtyard ]
Lowered value of misc loot items
Added more caps back to courtyard merchants
Fixed SOFLAM infinite duration to 2 second effect duration
Particle Accelerator can no longer be aimed.
Automag III now strength req of 5
Lowered Deagle max dmg by 10
Buffed Repair stuff, now global tech compliant
Gifted Character creation no longer allowed to create characters with 11 SPECIAL
Updated armor recipes

Did some testing for the sneak change and it seemed to make sneak even more OP so I have to delay that by a day or two to figure shit out.

Just repaired my sca3 2 times, 1st time from 69% to 69%, 2nd time from 69% to 69%.

I didn't craft almost anything before, maybe 2-3 tesla armors and crafting still seemed too expensive for me, but raising crafting costs will probably make it even harder for players who scavenge the core to get anything good for the time they wasted scavenging. Don't forget that its not really viable to take ca2 or other same tier armor to pvp  currently.

That's definitely a mistake on my part. Should be fine now after 2 consecutive reboots.

RIP trading 24 alloys 24 mp (4x mamk2/2x tesla) for SCA3 :(

not really, most of people are buying CA/SCA mk3 for money anyways

as almost every changelog, even this one is missing some info
- hounds can now spawn from worldmap to structure
- soflam craft cost increased
- crit table changed (details http://fonline-aop.net/forum/index.php?topic=3335.msg29744#msg29744)

because
Lowered value of misc loot items
aop economy
sell leadership modules 400/each
sell blueprints 80/each
sell perfect weapons ~500/each
but misc items which almost noone even bothered picking even before nerf, 1-5/each  ;D

Sorry but I don't see any positive effect of lowering value of misc loot items. If anything it removes possibility for noobs to earn some caps and renders all those item useless. You could even remove those items completely.

ninja fix update
- hounds and vtech sca3 resists and perks was fixed
- chat message when exiting platoon was fixed
and maybe something else that i didnt noticed  ;D
