What are your favorite weapons against heavy armors?

By that I mean: Metal armors, Combat Armors (at 100% condition of course, otherwise its like you re wearing nothing).

It looks like DKS and M21 are quite weak...

Joking....fire&electric based weapons usually get the job done.But other weapons aren't that bad too,you just had the misfortune of using SG snipers,which in general need a buff.

small note sterling smg despite what people say is decent antiarmor weapon
 think reversly look at ammo modifiers and take the best supported weapon for the situation

sg weapons are fine as they are ...what they lack is good ap munitions

I found sniper rifles were pretty effective against high armored targets, but you need backup with such high ap cost weapons, and you need to utilise the range for repeated hits and (hopefully) case specific criticals.

The 14mm pistol is pretty solid (headshots particularly) and I would definitely favor it over the .50 pistol against good metal or combat armor, same with the .223 pistol really, if you like eye shots over headshots.

The damage is never going to be the best (e.g vs a minigun burster) but if you have a crit heavy build the 14mm and the .223 (and also the .50 don't get me wrong this is a fantastic pistol) pistols are pretty effective.

I guess to clarify when I mean a SG sniper I mean the M1C in particular, to me this is the quintessential sniper rifle, and to me other SG snipers only ever match it in their ability to inflict different criticals, and have a more rapid rate of fire.

i dunno, the Glorious Rifle of the motherland seems to do wonder against PA when used by 6 people at the same time hitting the same target

I've found the heavier-caliber Assault Rifles/LMGs to work pretty well. The G3, FN LAR, BAR, AK-74 works great because of less spread coupled with better one hex and BRoF and BRD, and lastly, the M14.  All of these I've used to good effect against armored targets. Anything other than a DKS (or m16 for torsospammers) chambered in .223 or 5.56 doesnt seem to do the job. Haven't really used pistols, so can't comment on that. Shotguns can be used to great effect, you just need the right gun and ammo. The CAWS or the Combat Shotgun with slugs do a wonderful job at KDing opponents, and if you want pure damage go with flechettes.

I remember testing out "sneaky" SG weapons  on the launch week... Was hilarious. Sadly enough I don't have any documentation, nor do I remember the nickname of that family member.
I was using silenced UZI's aimed shot, dealing like 2-6 damage (poor build probably, didn't really think that through), but crippling him every 2nd shot (he was wearing CAmk2 and a supersledge with no side-arm, which made it easy). So there we were: him, standing right in the open, using doctor almost every second (it was pre-doctor-fix-patch, when it required no AP) and me: running around like a retard, poking him with a dull stick in the eyes and legs. He eventually died out of boredom, but I remember that as the funniest weapon I've used on this server, therefore it's now my favourite .

With the adding of the Dijibouti Shooti perk, my new fav gun against armored opponents is the M16a4 ACOG. If you're a torsospammer like me, the perk adds much and makes me useful at a wider range of roles.  I have BROF and Fast shot, and it takes 22 ap a shot for me. that means you can pop off 4 shots in rapid succession, and another in a barely any time at all. The target you hit with all of that will be crippled with bleed badly if not outright dead.  Always carry a remmy with me when I do this too, since the one shell at a time reload it's become a lot more useful as a backup.
