hi i'm currently trying to launch client and it crashes rioght away:

For information I participated pvp devs test few weeks ago and client was doing fine at that moment

it's fixed now, probably my folder was in read-only can't figure why...

How did you get it out of Read-only. My file is having the same issue, and it won't stop staying in read-only.

right-click on folder -> properties -> uncheck read-only and select option for all subfolder. I'm not sure this is what solved my problem but it's the only thing I've done to make it work...

Mine is stuck in read-only. How did you fix yours?

Did you install your game in c:/program-files/... ?
if so, put it in c:/WhateverPlaceButNotProgramFiles and try again to uncheck read-only case
