Sorry to be rude, but this a shit build.

You're lacking perception, you have way too much AG, Intelligence is too low, LK is ok. Bruiser and Heavy Handed are ok.

You need PE to see what you're going to hit, or else you're gonna bump into someone due to your low PE. I suggest 1 AG, you should be wearing Leather Jackets which have Sprinter perk (Lower your AG is, faster you run, so if you have low AP regen +, you can get away easily).

Now you can either invest it in charisma so you can get leader ship bonuses...dunno what you want to do.

You need higher INT so you can reach 250 HtH skill to get all melee weapon perks and yes, they help a lot.


My current build, just some random build. Not exactly the same as my waki sneak but just testing (and doing quite well) :P

Don't forget to take buffout, it will go over STR cap and your LK decreases but doesn't matter cause of sneak penalty (I think it's still penalize's you)

Remember to put stealthboy in Utility and turn on "Wartime Engaged" to be used properly (Turn on by pressing util hotkey, see lots of noobs not doing this), and use voodoo to chase down someone (or run away :D)

Buffout +3STR,+2EN,-1AG,-3LCK
The build with Buffout+Mentants+Vodoo would be:

S 9-2+3=10
P 7+3 =10
E 6+2 =8
C 1
I 9+1 = 10
A 1
L 8-3 =5

Idk if i say smth wrong

you can use only 1 A and B drug at the same time, so your choice buffout or mentats

Mentats, Buffout, Blood moon, are class A drug which last 1 hour and you can only take 1 of them.

Mentats are bad for melee's, good for scout alts. Buffout varies on how you use it.

Rest are class B (voodoo, psycho, gum) which last 2 minutes, should be used before an engagement.
