maybe integration of the SB into the jacket armors
no jacket armor no snek

then tailor them for specific snek roles
 
light jacket -least protection but best snek bonus , sprinter goodies ,paper wall,    active -fastest resneak time after hit, high perception penalty , biggest weight/drain ratio
this is the assasin/backstaber armor

combat jacket -medium protection , medium snek bonus , no sprinter but also no negative paper wall or malus, active- medium resnek time after hit, low perception penalty, medium cell drain
this is the recon/soldier armor

leather coat -highest protection , low snek bonus , medical and traps perk,
active-slowest resneak time after hit,medium perception penalty, best weight/drain ratio
this is the medic/bomber support armor 

no vulnerabilty stun piercing or other needlesy complicated desneak shenanigans
what you are and what u wear makes the amount of punishment u take fair and simple

only sneaker weapons to be usable in sneak mode any other weapon put in hands automaticaly desneaks the char

i allways was hard presed to find apopriate use for the dragunov rifles well make them sneakers long range weapon , i think they have fine stats for dat just make em snek skill based
ofcourse some kind of silent/concealed trait on few weapons from the other wep pools can give also some very nice flavor and alow sneks some extra wep variety


i think the above crude suggestions will drive the sneker class in its rightfull place as CLASS not everybody second or third support skill

yep i tried some to great suxses , the efects were undeniable ,sadly i can't quite remember the exact ingredients
ps close examination of the toilet revealed the return product had somewhat greenish color with sporadic bits and pieces of various colors

A life of drinking experimentations taught you how to mix and match drinks the best (or worst)
drinking 4 drinks in row will give u special bonus on top of hp regen and carry weight
basic example recepies
4 nukas 2ap regen for 1 hour
4 Boozes 30hp for 1 hour
4 Beers 4 charisma for 1 hour

now give me your best cocktails or whatever combination of drinks u thing is best

good solution is if some of the MEDIC perks give also proficiency in the use of stimpacks
like cut the ap in half
it will be good adition to Living Anatomy cuz the perk gives u information what is better to fa or inject stimpack and secondly it fits thematicali as knowing the anatomy well will afect time needed to aply injection in a good way

medic perks are mostly ignored and Livin Anatomy is probaly the last dat will be picked of them in its current state

As of now the only SG sniper that has real impact in battle is M1C despite its ~60 range
next in line is the m1 lack of scope(and this is now plus) ~3 aimed shots per ap , decent range and fallin in the category of DMG per SHOT makes is the best allaround SG dat is viable both on range and close combat

on the 30hex and below sg 14mm trumps them all hard ,scorpio and pancor are used to some variable sucses but most ppl use them just beacuse NOT want to use 14 mm again
223 with samurai ???? even if u add 4 hands trait and put one 223 in each hand it still will be joke , 223 does 30 crit dmg to average player ,this pistol is the worst drunken anal emanation i have seen so far

melee weps dat have biger drain per hit than 1 detoriate ultra fast
MKF for example breaks at rate of 1percent per normal swing and ~3 percent per 2 heavy swing and this is on Perfect condition
same aplies for the other drainers
why only ripper has to be usable ?
and ffs put normal knockback and knockdown traits on PowerFist

actualy lasers dont melt cut things they cause high superficial temeperature increase dat causes thermal breakdown due to temperature diference between te surface and the inner parts of te material causin in practice flacking explosions dat remove material layer by layer

fire has causterising effect and negates bleed
blood has extinguising properties so negates fire

so if it is throwing knife chain must be ommited and ap lowered to ~20
