top three nightkins, top five scrooge's, top five biggest swarms and top three diplomats are not working

Pretty sure everything isn't working...I should be somewhere on top 10 PKs...pretty sure more current legendary weapons out there with more score than those on the board.

hmm.. i dont think so
about kills check resolved bugs section, there was 2 which i reported today, since most of your enemies died by bleed you have more player kills in "C" then you should have
about legendaries im almost sure they work, every single of my leg which had some decent xp was there

Stashed legendaries will disappear from HoF.
