Mozambique shooty description states "two in the chest, one in the head" and that this perk will upgrade every 3rd unaimed shot into a head shot. In truth, you get the upgrade every 4th shot, making it 3 in the chest, 1 in the head. Really decreases viability of the perk as many weapons that could profit from it are unable to shoot 4 times in a row on 1 ap bar

Cirn said it's a bug but it's not a bug.
I am not sure if I want to fix it. Perks looks strong even for 4 shots to hit a head
