As you see here i have nearly a full coat.

...and i have no normal dt.

I have tried other armors before and it is the same result.
I had infinite mentats effect before the rerolls but reroll only fixed my specials(thanks btw). I think this is because of the -8 normal dt effect of the mentats but normal dr is fine.
