Resolved bugs / [DLG] [CHAR] JJJLA "get wasted" dialogue makes you lose 2 PE permanently.

So, this bug in a nutshell is: you talk with this guy (Lawyer), while having a bottle of booze in your inventory.

Then you gain CAMk2 for the price of 2PE, permanently.

Moving on. Those are the STATS of my current character (Nickname: One silly woman), which has gifted:

It should be 7 PE, but as you can see it's 5.

Process of losing 2 PE points:
1. Make a new character

2. Go to that guy

3. Get wasted

4. Receive CA and check your PE

5. Science that CA out of frustration and delete this char.

6. It may have been a feature (no it's not), but I don't want to lose 2 STATS for a single CA.
