Hi,
Today I met somone by the name of TRACTOR, who seems to be using a well known glicth of the fallout engine.
This glicth consist to move hex by hex or something like that in order to move faster than your speed limit allows you to do. I would like to know if that is considered a glicth and if I should not use it my turn. Also I would like to know if the devs are aware of this and if they have planned to fix it.

didnt he just had leather jacket / voodoo / module for running speed ?
-
He had a combat armor, it seemed like he just started to run 4x faster than me at one particular moment.
It was weird because he pursued me for 1 min without being able to even catch with me and suddenly, when we started to run diagonally, he began to ran 2x faster and managed tohit me while before he could barely follow me.
-
Was that during server lag? Was it looking like he was teleporting? Some critter-models (tested on assignments) do run faster diagonally.

I've talked to him and was with him today, we just used voodoo ;D, no speed glitches, and it was only 20% boost.

This glitch calling isometry (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isometry).
And yes, he used voodoo.

stop this mathematic shit or something. Does +20% speed running in combat leather jacket work ? i dont see any diference

The Sprinter armor trait you have with combat leather jacket gives a speed bonus if your current AP is low. The less AP you have, the faster you run.
