Bug reports / effect like crippled legs.

I have fallen down ( ) from ladder 2 times in brahminboys tower where guy was giving quest for awarness and now im walking like I would have 2 crippled legs (I cant run - 1 click, 1 hex by walk). I cant use doctor on myself, it's saying that i dont need. WTF? My nickname TANGO D0WN. It's annoying because i cant even start.

I came back here after looooong time and if it will be not a problem i would like to ask few questions.
First of all.
