EDIT:
your processor supports 64 bit too, why not install 64 bit windows 7? You can only use 4 gig of RAM on 32 bit anyway so you're wasting half your ram.

here is iso you can use, it's 64bit professional, maybe it will work, I've seen most people getting this error online seem to have 'ultimate' edition:

also try running fonline after fresh windows install, dont download/install any c++ stuff

Try going in control panel -> programs and features and see what Visual C++ items are installed.  Uninstall all of them then reinstall, from microsoft links (theses links are for x86 if you are x64 find x64 version on microsoft site):

-2005 c++ redistributable http://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=3387
-2008 c++ redistributable http://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=29
-2010 c++ redistrbutable  http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555

Then reboot and see if issue resolves.

Well latest update added 8 second timer to red grid for enemy faction, that seems to be a good way to solve this, or maybe it should be longer?

But seriously, you could respond in a less smartass way. Yes, I have played the server. I have just one character, so how would I know if there are fast relog rules? Anyway someone can use sandboxie/vm and bypass any timer that might exist, so maybe you can expand on your answer instead of being extremely unhelpful and a little bit condescending...

when you say C++ newest version what exactly did you install?

PS windows 7 doesnt have a service pack 3, thats XP  :o

I know character development in this game does seem to make it more worthwile to stick with one, but still, once you're dead you have huge advantage if you have 500 alts logged off at each zone control area ready to come back the second you die.

Perhaps once NPC beings taking a group to enemy base, a faction message for those being invaded that says "Scouts report gang x is headed to our HQ! Time before arrival: 10 minutes"  or something

What do you mean by preview?

On worldmap press 'town/world' button and you see little 'eye' icons over each entrance, which let you preview the map without entering to see if any campers near grid

I think it should be possible for gang to invade another's HQ, but with limitations. It could work like this:

- to start invasaion, gang members go to an npc, they must have very high reputation to talk to the NPC If there's enough high-rep members by NPC, he will lead them to the chosen enemy HQ and make them enter.
- there will be timeout so hq invasion can only occur maximum once per week.
- once gang members enter enemy HQ, if they leave or die they cannot return
- all NPC guards in HQ will immediately head to entrance to kill invaders
- if gang members kill all npc guards in HQ they get big xp bonus, and maybe caps from that same NPC once the gang members return to their HQ

I really think it's acutally good feature that enemy can come to gate, I dont see what's wrong with it. It's cool pvp feature and adds to atmosphere. There are 3 entrances per gate, plus you can preview, and just enter from another gate if yours is camped.

If you could only enter from your gangs gate, it would be worse - think about it - enemy would run through core and camp your gate, and you'd be forced to enter your gate only and therefore be forced to face the campers instead of having the option of entering elsehwere.

Removing walls could be tolerated for me at the moment, though your point is quite valid. However, roof hack is definitely a cheat and won't be accepted.

What would the point be in removing walls if you didnt remove roofs too? Im not condoning it but I'm pretty sure everyone with a wall mod has roofs removed too, otherwise the reason for using the mod kind of disappears i think.

I think no map art mods should be allowed at all, but i dont know how you could enforce it.

Sorry, I meant in between shots, I guess. Like say I am shooting someone with a pistol 5 times fast, does AP regenerate between shots or does it only regenerate when I fully stop shooting? ;x

Couple questions, I am in BrahminBoys btw.

1. Is there nowhere to sell guns/ammo that I loot in my travels? I have big pile of ammo and guns in my room that I have no use for, and no NPC seems to accept them.

2. While you are shooting, does AP regenerate at normal rate, or ap+ rate?

3. What is the fastest way to level? Crafting? I seem to be struggling to get xp, I'm only level 2 and I've been playing for 3 days.

You can use fallout.dat, simply open the file DataFiles.cfg and remove "./master.dat" and "./critter.dat" and add "./fallout.dat"
