i reported that to one of devs like week ago because i didnt wanted to publish this on forum
answer was that it will be "PROBABLY" fixed (ofc wasnt).. and when i told him that it should be fixed quickly because its abusable then he started ignoring me..
some players made really HUGE amounts of caps on this bug or "exploit", compared to normal playing its very fast way to get caps
1 MPF 700+ caps in heart, its rlly out of control because that merchant have thounsads of caps very often comapred to rest which does have 0 of them for like 24/7.. and its so funny how price of energy transformers skyrocketed up just because of it  ;D

wakizashi or machete sneaker probably.. nothing special.. they can do crits for 400+ from sneak from behind but on other side its very hard to get that close without being unsneaked and its very paper build

With 2 ag you'll be getting armor bypassed a lot
thats not any problem for builds with 9-10lk (70% bypass res) or with CH and antibypass module (40% bypass res)

weapon perk Ignore Armor Class is ignoring only 10 AC, not all, thats why your enemy can still evade

higher skill = lower chance to increase
so at 170 are chances very small so its going very slowly, i think that u was just unlucky

its not needed, you will get starting stuff from tutorial which was removed because it was causing lags but it will be added back

Perks after 24 lvl should not affect in pvp. Healing rate is important in pvp.
its not like important stat in pvp but its affecting it, we already got competetive eater for increasing healing rate and i think that healing rate after eating foods i high enough..

    Most containers scavenged
same question, 1 container = 1 point or .. ?

  • Engineers
    Most items repaired/crafted
what are conditions to get point from crafting to this ? i believe that some players crafted much more then 360 items

well, i think that whole AoP needs more features - things to do
now you can only do assignments and scavenging(with random pvp in phoenix).. and sometimes Zone Control if you gather ppls
mining missions arent much worth it
i would like to see some quests or more locations on worldmap

but of course i understand that fixing bugs does have much higher priority for now

hawk eyes or sharpshooter has nothing to do with PE, they gives FoV and hit range
both will work even with 1 or 10 pe

PE gives you sight range, hit chance (for aimed or when below 5 pe), critical perception
sharpshooter gives you only hit chance but like 2 pe (for aimed or when below 5pe)
they are both fair

edit : if ss is working properly then it should reduce aim penalty = more eff range but some ppls are saying that it isnt.. didnt tested by myself

WTF ?? u dont think they are enough strong and speedy ? are u crazy ??
they are fine IMO, yesteday we visited hospital in group of 3 and didnt had any problems with them
i guess that we arent supposed to solo them like ants..
