Unfortunately I won't be able to post any screenshots, but pretty much anyone can reproduce this bug:
On your character screen, in "Kills" Tab, all the pictures are messed up.
i.e. Killed brahmins are shown as deathclaws, women as children, dogs as mantis and I believe I had deathclaws as molerats.
