Suggestions / New Trap: Booby Trap

Based on Metal Gear Solid, I thought it would be cool to drop a porn mag and have it lock a guy in place for a couple secs when he gets too close. Maybe deplete his AP to -100 and such. The magazine in question should be different from Cats Paw as they are extremely common, but still should be plentiful enough to be used. I call it the Booby Trap.

Looking for a build that is very efficient when using pistols. Anyone have any ideas? I assume Agility and Int/Luck are a must.

If you are in the Family do not be afraid to participate in zone controls or squad fighting. If you don't have gear we can supply you. If you are new we can help you. We're a Family, not a one-for-all where you can't trust your neighbor. Just ask and you shall receive; our current numbers are composed of the same exact 10-15 people PvPing and nobody else doing so. Please consider contributing to your brothers and sisters, and don't be afraid to ask for help. We've all been there.

So, I just switched my build from small arms to energy weapons. My question is, is there any shotgun or assault rifle type EW? Or do EWs have a totally different play style?
