weapon/armor/utility items perks description

for a "more" user friendly interface and instead of having to check cheapboy for related items perks effects:

maybe the perk description could appear in a ghostly way or in the logs when you move your mouse over it.

Probably not possible due to cvet

You could write a short description after the trait/perk name but that would turn the weapon and armor descriptions into wall of texts.

AOP even has hotkey: alt tab and check wiki.

After playing week or two I have know all perks and traits without looking at wiki. I was just saying it was horrible at start, for now you can even delete these info prom pipboy. I was rather thinking about noobs. Anyway if it's not possible to implement, just forget it.
