Finding critter.dat and master.dat

Where can I find the critter.dat and master.dat files if I don't have Fallout 2?

I think they can only be found in fallout 2 D:
just search it up on youtube or something that's how I got the files

Get Fallout 2. ;) We don't provide those files for legal reasons, and that's also why we won't allow illegal links to download them to be posted on our forums. Thread closed.
